Relyenong Bangus or “stuffed milk fish”. This consists of diced tomatoe, onion and minced black pepper. Other spices may also be added. The milk fish is cut in the middle then stuffed with spices. It will be wrapped with an aluminun, then grilled for almost 10 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. Avoid having it over-cooked to enjoy the juice of the spices.
